Dove award winning and multi platinum selling artists, MARK SCHULTZ and POINT OF GRACE will bring the Spring leg of their COME ALIVE TOUR to Holland’s Central Wesleyan Church on April 16, 2010. Following up a very successful 30 city tour that kicked off this Fall, the COME ALIVE TOUR features fan favorite hits spanning each artist’s celebrated career, as well as music from Schultz’ much anticipated fifth studio album and Point of Grace’s latest effort, How You Live.
In his new release, highly acclaimed singer/songwriter Mark Schultz, invites all to “Come Alive” with his latest collection of songs that explore life’s greatest joys and toughest challenges. Schultz has earned the top spot on Billboard magazine’s Christian Adult Contemporary Songwriter list and has been featured on the national TV programs, 48 Hours, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, CNN and more. Schultz’ poignant and heartfelt, “Letters from War” was the centerpiece of the Army’s “Be Safe-Make It Home” campaign and such songs as “Remember Me” and “He’s My Son” have flooded radio with a total of nine No. 1 songs.
The readily identifiable sound of Point of Grace has fueled one of the most successful careers in gospel music today. The group has sold more than five million albums, won eight Dove Awards and received two Grammy nods. They’ve also earned two platinum and five gold albums and have scored more than two dozen No. 1 hits, among them “Steady On,” “The Great Divide” and “Circle of Friends.”
